AVS Aditya Vardhan is a highly skilled Software Engineer with a strong background in AI, ML, Web Development, and Project Management. He is a recent graduate of the Indian Institute of Information Technology Kottayam, where he earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science with an impressive 9.84/10 CGPA. Currently, Aditya is working as a Software Engineer at Shipsy, where he is responsible for developing innovative software solutions. Aditya has gained significant experience in the tech industry through his various internships and work experiences. He previously worked at Techolution as a Data Science UI Intern, where he developed an AI-based restocking recommendation system for commercial refrigerators in the USA. He also worked at Fleeks as an AWS Backend Engineer, where he designed and deployed a social media application in AWS environments. In addition, Aditya worked at Surveysparrow, where he developed an application that tracks cursor movements on an image using Heatmaps Library, and at UST Global, where he worked on identifying brain tumor detection using MRI images. Aditya has won several awards and recognitions for his exceptional work in the tech industry. He won $500 in the MIT Covid 19 Turning the Tide Hackathon, the ISL Good Tech Scholar Program, and the IEEE NIC India Govtechthon 2021. Aditya is also an avid hackathoner and has guided participants as a mentor. Currently, Aditya is working on an Automated Interview Assessments project using AI in his B.Tech course. The project aims to change the current hiring scenario by introducing an automated tool to evaluate candidate technical interviews without any human intervention. It compares the candidate's answers with the expected answer received from the interview and provides a similarity score to understand how well the candidate matched with the expectations of the company.
